Waste-to-Energy Project in Thailand
Company Xinyuan (China) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was established on February 2, 2009, with a registered capital of USD 21.75 million. It is a Sino-foreign joint venture headquartered and controlled by SDIC Environmental Power Co., Ltd. (a company owned by SDIC Power). In recent years, SDIC Power has implemented the group's development requirements, focusing on the strategy of 'building a first-class comprehensive energy company with international competitiveness,' and actively exploring diversified development ideas with energy as the foundation based on traditional energy projects such as water, fire, wind, and solar energy. Xinyuan (China) is a concrete manifestation of the company's development strategy. Its main activities include green environmental protection and new energy, integration of domestic investment, operation and management of industrial parks. Its business covers: electricity production for household waste incineration, municipal sludge utilization, harmless kitchen waste recycling, harmless medical waste disposal, garbage transfer station, online monitoring of smoke gases, etc.
Xinyuan (China) currently has three project companies in China and Thailand. Among them, Chuangguan (Environmental Protection) Thai Co., Ltd., located in Bangkok, Thailand. This is the first Waste-to-Energy (WtE) project promoted by a Chinese company. The scale of the financed enterprise in Thailand for waste processing is 500 tons/day and it was put into production in March 2016. Based on the Thai project, SDIC Power will enter the waste-to-energy market in Southeast Asia, utilizing Xinyuan's (China) resource advantages in Thailand, the Philippines, Cambodia, and other places.
Indonesian Banten Project
Jaderock Investment Singapore Pte Ltd (Singapore Jaderock Investment Co., Ltd., 'Jaderock Company') was founded in Singapore in January 2016. It is a Singaporean limited liability company whose main business is investment. In May 2016, Pushi completed the acquisition of 42.1% of the shares of Singaporean Lesteri Listrik Pte Ltd and indirectly owned 40% of the first phase of the Banten thermal power project in Indonesia.

British Redstone Energy
Red Rock Power Limited ('Red Rock Power') is registered in Edinburgh, United Kingdom, and its main business is investment in the new energy sector. Currently, Redstone Energy owns a total of three new energy projects, namely 25% of the shares in the Beatrice offshore wind energy project, 100% of the shares in the Inch Cape offshore wind energy project, and the onshore wind energy project Amber100. % of the project's equity. Among them, the Beatrice offshore wind energy project has an installed capacity of 588 MW and is in the infrastructure construction stage; the Inch Cape offshore wind energy project has a proposed installed capacity of 598 MW and is in the early stage of project development; the onshore wind farm Everton Energy Project has an installed capacity of 50 MW and has been put into industrial operation.
1. Everton Onshore Wind Energy Project. The 'Everton' project is located in East Ayrshire, Scotland. A total of 25 Gamesa wind turbines with a capacity of 2 MW each have been installed. It was put into industrial operation on September 8, 2018, and is currently operating steadily. In October 2018, SDIC Power completed the acquisition and transfer of 100% of the shares of the 50 MW onshore wind energy project in Afton, Scotland, through Redstone Energy.
2. Beatrice Offshore Wind Energy Project. The Beatrice offshore wind energy project is located in the eastern waters of Scotland, with an installed capacity of 588 MW, and it is planned to install 84 Siemens offshore wind turbines with a capacity of 7 MW each. The project is jointly invested and built by three shareholders, with SDIC Power participating in the project through Redstone Energy. The Beatrice project is mainly managed by the main shareholder, Scottish Southern Power Company, through Beatrice Offshore Wind Limited. The total investment volume of the project is GBP 2.687 billion, and some units have been put into operation. This year, it is planned to achieve commercial operation.
3. Inch Cape Offshore Wind Energy Project. The Inch Cape offshore wind energy project is still in the early stage of development and is 100% owned by Redstone Energy. The Inch Cape offshore wind energy project is located in the eastern waters of Scotland and has a planned electricity production capacity of 598 MW (not yet completed).
